Hedrick Homes - Showcase of Custom Homes

Casey & Lauren Hammond had been planning on building a home for the last 4 or 5 years, so when the time came they were more than ready. They were outgrowing their ranch home in Geneva, and actually decided to build a year ahead of schedule to take advantage of the low interest rates. They built what I like to call a “contemporary traditional” – meaning, all the traditional stylings of a timeless colonial home, but with modern amenities. We have large, spacious rooms, formal entry, dining and den, first floor master and hardwood throughout. But we also have geothermal heating and cooling, Andersen 400 series windows, “flash” foam insulation for increased energy efficiency, environmentally (and kid) friendly paints, stains, and low odor water based urethane. The bright and sunny gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a gorgeous marble top in the bath make this home truly spectacular!
