Design services - we have several architects that we regularly do business with or choose from one of our own blueprints and have it modified to your specifications.

Lending - referrals available for several different lending institutions so that you can be sure your needs are met.

Design & decorating - although most of our homeowners do their own decorating & design (and are very good at it!) we have services available to help you get the look you want.

Full service contracts - the majority of our homes are built in the country where utilities are minimal. Driveways, septic systems, water wells, ponds, pond water systems and water treatment systems are items that we frequently include. Geothermal heating and cooling is also an option that many homeowners in the country request.
